SUPER SIMPLE HAND PUPPET PATTERN
Dear Grandparents and Teachers, Puppets are great to use while reading a book and ZOOMing with kids? While giving a workshop at the Houston Puppetry Festival, I handed out this super simple (oven mitt style) pattern. You can hot glue or sew it; the shape can be changed; body parts can be added. You can whip it out or elaborate on it. I keep a drawer filled with felt pieces and scraps, and a bucket of nick knacks and fur scraps, so I am always prepared. You can also make the puppet Two Sided (2 puppets in one). The Simple Hand Puppet Pattern just fits on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. Have fun!
